压力继电器是液压系统中当流体压力达到预定值时,使电接点动作的元件。压力继电器也可定义为将压力转换成电信号的液压元器件,客户根据自身的压力设计需要,通过调节压力继电器,实现在某一设定的压力时,输出一个电信号的功能。
压力继电器是由电信号控制的电路开关。当压缩机的排气压力超过调定值或吸气压力低于调定值时,它能切断电路,保护制冷机安全运行。在小型制冷装置中,一般使用高、低压为一体的压力继电器,常见有FP型压力继电器。它是由高、低压波纹管、平衡弹簧、杠杆机构,幅差调节机构和电触点等部分组成。当压力变化时,波纹管产生伸缩变形,通过杠杆机构推动电触头切断或接通电路。低压控制元件的作用是控制制冷剂的蒸发压力不要过低以免制冷机在不必要的低温下工作,浪费电能。
压力继电器上的低压毛细管和压缩机的吸气管连接在一起·当蒸发压力低于调定值时,低压波纹管2由于弹簧3的作用而伸张,使低压顶针4退进波纹管中;低压杠杆5由于弹簧6的作用而按送时针方向转动。当与杠杆连接的触头板7向上运动时使触头19跳开,电路被切断i·压缩机停止工作;当蒸发器内的压力逐步上升至二定值时i;低压波纹管被压缩;顶针由波纹管中伸·出,使整个杠杆按顺时针方向转动,并使触头板下落到触头19上,接通电路,压缩机重新运转。
高压控制元件的作用与低压相同,:只是控制冷凝压力不使过高,以免造成事故。高压接管9和压缩机排气管连接。当排气压力调定值时,高压波纹管10被压缩,高压顶针12推动杠杆13运动,使高压断路开关14上翘,顶开触头板,使电路切断、压缩机停止工作。随着制冷剂蒸汽在冷凝器中不断被冷凝,使排气压力不断下,当降至一定值时,高压顶针和杠杆朝相反方向运动,使触头板和触头接通,压缩机恢复运转。
压力继电器的调整方法:
(1)低压的调整。根据需要的蒸发温度对应的压力值调节低压调整螺钉T:当需要较高的蒸发温度时,可用螺丝刀逆时针方向旋转低压调整螺钉T;若需要较低的蒸发温度时,可顺时针方向旋转调整螺钉T。
(2)高压的调整。为制冷装置运行的安全,压力继电器大多数用子水冷式冷凝器的制冷机中,其作用主要是防止冷却水中断,或冷却水流量不足时引起的冷凝压力突然升高,导致严重事故。高压值一般调定在1Q~11公斤/厘米z表r-匝,,31(用氟利昂12制冷剂)。调整时用螺丝刀将高压调整螺钉M顺时针方向旋转,压力值升高,逆时针旋转则压力值降低。
压力继电器使用注意事项
(1)根据具体用途和系统压力选用适当结构形式的压力继电器,为了压力继电器动作灵敏,避免低压系统选用高压压力继电器。
(2)应按照制造厂的要求,正确安装压力继电器。
(3)按照所要求的电源形式和具体要求对压力继电器中的微动开关进行接线。
(4)压力继电器调整完毕后,应锁定或固定其位置.以免受振动后变动。
(5)压力继电器的泄油腔应直接接回油箱,否则会使泄油口背压过高,影响其灵敏度。
